Our Nonprofit Status

The Rainbow Fish Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2).

Contributions to the Rainbow Fish Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under IRC Section 170. The Foundation is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522.
